Frequently asked questions
What areas of London do you deliver to?
We deliver to all 32 London boroughs — from Zone 1 to Zone 6. This includes Central London, North, South, East, and West London. Same-day delivery is available Monday to Saturday when you order by 2 PM.
Can I get same-day flower delivery?
Yes. Order by 2 PM (Monday–Saturday) and we'll hand-tie your bouquet and deliver it the same day. Choose from morning (9 AM–12 PM), afternoon (12 PM–4 PM), or evening (4 PM–7 PM) delivery windows.
How fresh are the flowers?
Very. Every bouquet is hand-tied by a single florist after your order is placed — never assembled the night before. We source from British growers wherever possible, which means flowers travel hours from field to vase, not days.
Where do your flowers come from?
We prioritise British-grown flowers. In season, our blooms come from flower farms in Cornwall, Kent, Lincolnshire, and the Cotswolds. Out of season, we source from trusted growers in the Netherlands and, for specific varieties, Kenya and Ecuador — always prioritising freshness and ethical growing practices.
How long will my flowers last?
With proper care, most bouquets last 5–10 days. Peonies typically 5–7 days, roses 7–10 days, lilies up to 14 days. Every bouquet arrives with a care card detailing specific instructions for your arrangement.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes — The Olive Club. Choose weekly, fortnightly, or monthly deliveries. Each delivery includes seasonal British blooms, a grower story card, and vase-life guide. Subscribers get 10% off one-off orders and first access to limited editions.
Can I customise my bouquet?
Our collections are designed by our florists to showcase the best seasonal blooms. For bespoke arrangements — weddings, events, corporate installations, or specific requests — book a consultation and our senior florist will create something unique for you.
What is your returns and refunds policy?
Because flowers are perishable, the statutory right to cancel does not apply. However, if your flowers arrive damaged or do not match your order, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. You may cancel orders up to 2 hours before your scheduled delivery window.
How do I care for my flowers?
Clean your vase thoroughly, cut stems at a 45° angle with sharp scissors, remove any foliage below the water line, change the water every 2 days, and keep your flowers away from direct sunlight, radiators, and fruit bowls. Our bouquets arrive with a detailed care card.
Can I include a gift message?
Yes. Add a handwritten note card at checkout (+£3). Your message will be written on cotton paper in ink by your florist. Gift orders never show prices.
Do you do wedding flowers?
Yes. We offer wedding floristry throughout London — from intimate registry office ceremonies to large celebrations. Book a consultation and we'll discuss your vision, venue, season, and budget. We recommend booking 6–12 months ahead for peak season (May–September).
